Congratulations to third year St Hilda's student, Rene Caris, who has been drafted to the Geelong Cats AFLW team!
Rene has been picked up by the Geelong Cats with pick 35 in the AFL Women’s Draft in Melbourne.
Caris won’t look out of place in the AFLW. She had a great experience playing with Carlton in the Victorian Football League Women’s competition.
Caris also played TAC Cup football with the Rebels and went to Carlton to get some experience against senior players.
We are sure we will continue to see wonderful things from her and are proud to have her as part of our community.
