St Hilda’s has some part-time paid work available for residents in the dining hall, in maintenance and grounds, and in our Conference business. We always look for opportunities to help you earn money, and employ our students in a number of paid internships in second year. You can register your interest to work with us during your first semester.
St Hilda’s inner city location means there are plenty of businesses on the lookout for casual staff. You might pick up shifts at a local café, supermarket or office that’s convenient and close to college. Current students can get help with their CV and job hunting from our in-house Academic and Student Support Advisor.
St Hilda's College is a living community and residential college on campus at the University of Melbourne.
We acknowledge and pay respect to the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation, the Traditional Owners of the land upon which our college is situated. We pay our respect to all the Elders of Indigenous students who call St Hilda’s home. We also acknowledge all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander members of our community, the University of Melbourne, and the wider world.
