All of our leaders receive significant training in leadership and communication skills, respectful relationships, first responder training, bystander training, Mental Health First Aid and First Aid. Throughout the year, every student at St Hilda's has the opportunity for training in Mental Health First Aid, Wellbeing and Mindfulness, and consent training.
St Hilda's has developed an innovative, ground-breaking Employability Program that takes young people and their professional and personal development seriously over three years. From developing self awareness and time management to developing a social enterprise, the program develops every student and their unique gifts and style.
St Hilda's College is a living community and residential college on campus at the University of Melbourne.
We acknowledge and pay respect to the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation, the Traditional Owners of the land upon which our college is situated.
