St Hilda’s 2019 Connections program launched with a networking event on Friday evening, 31 May.
2nd and 3rd year students took the opportunity to meet their accomplished mentors during the event held at College.
The Connections program matches mentors with students of similar study areas and interests. Mentors represent a variety of courses and assist students with professional development opportunities. The launch event saw students mingling with their mentors, eagerly asking questions and listening to vital career advice.
St Hilda’s College is extremely fortunate to have many alumni and community members taking part in the program, expanding their own professional networks and qualifications.
About four mentor meetings are conducted throughout the year. We are looking forward to hearing about the valuable lessons our mentees learn.
